Description:

This 38,500 acre ranch is appx 30 miles south of Marfa, TX, – Located in the Chinati Mountains of SW Texas. This is one of the most well organized lodges/outfits that you’ll ever hunt with, and success is as good as you’ll find anywhere! 

This is a true spot and stalk mountain/canyon hunt for free ranging javelina. This ranch is known for lots of game, including the SW Texas javelina!  And 2 javelina are included in this hunt! 

This big mountain/canyon country requires some longer range shooting, even out to the 400-700 yard range. However, you can stalk a lot closer to javelina.   The staff has custom high end rifles/shooting systems for clients who prefer to use their weapons, typically 7 LRM’s and 7mm PRC’s.

–License (Nonresident javelina license from Wal Mart), Gratuities, Transportation to and from the ranch

Trip Duration:

All hunts are 2 day hunts with 3 nights lodging (arrive afternoon before the hunt, depart morning after the hunt). This mountain ranch is loaded with game!   But if no opportunity is presented, you can stay over and continue your guided hunt.

How to get there:

Fly into El Paso or Midland airports and get a rental vehicle. From either airport, it’s appx 3 ½ hour drive to the ranch. If driving, call Outdoor Solutions for directions/address.   This ranch also has a private landing strip for smaller private aircraft

For javelina in Texas, you’ll need the nonresident javelina license, can be purchased ahead of time online or purchased at any Wal Mart in Texas.
