NE-1GC Nebraska Merriam Turkey’s

Description:

We did our first hunt here in 2004 and have been going back ever since, plus we have sent dozens and dozens of clients here over the years all with great success! They sit right in the middle of the Nebraska Sandhills, which offers terrain like no other in North America.

You will find canyons, river bottoms and large tree goves, which are all ideal habitat for turkeys.  Hunts are conducted on private cattle ranches with very little pressure and produce an extremely healthy turkey population with lots of mature Toms.  Traditionally hunters are going here for Merriams but you will also see Rio’s and even a hybrid of the two.

Very nice lodge, recently renovated and set up with 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms
